I accept no responsibility for any content of any form uploaded on my Flash Portal.<BR>
In agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that you will not upload any pornographic or illegal content on to the Portal. Any users who do so will be banned and have their email addresses blocked from signing up again.<BR>
If disallowed content is uploaded, any users who view it must immediately report it.<BR><BR>
Any disputes as to ownership of content should not go through OliHooton.co.uk. However if it can be proven that any content is not owned by the uploader, I will delete the offending game and/or at my own discretion ban the user.<BR>
You are solely responsible for any content that appears under your username<BR>
You will not create multiple user accounts to rate your own games highly. One account per person, though if someone would like to have their account deleted and then create a new new, that is allowed but (for now) must go through Oli Hooton<BR><BR>
In descriptions/comments, foul language must not be used. This will be censored at my own discretion and any offending comments will be edited and in extreme cases, a user may have a temporary ban placed on their account.<BR><BR>
If I deem any content unsuitable for display, it will be deleted. No disputes are allowed.<BR><BR><BR>
Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in you account being deleted.
